📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the management of support services including housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and security.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the healthcare facility by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of support services.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the support services team to ensure compliance with organizational goals and standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of healthcare services.
• Manage the budget for the support services department and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the support services team to foster a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.
