📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the plastic injection molding process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and optimize plastic molded parts for electronics.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.
• Conduct quality control inspections and troubleshoot production issues to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for the team.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding, with a focus on electronics parts.
• Proven experience as a Parts Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD, and experience with CAM software for mold design.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and techniques for plastic injection molding.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
