📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day operations of the hotel.,Oversee front office operations, including check-in/check-out processes, guest services, and reservations.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the hotel's performance.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Support the Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a high-performing team.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
