📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and effective business processes.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Handle operational budgets and ensure financial efficiency.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
