📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze production costs using SAP and Excel.
• Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports for cost accounting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement improvements.
• Provide regular cost analysis reports to senior management.
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and stock management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting and inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Certification in cost accounting or inventory management is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
