📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and consistency in all dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.
• Train and supervise junior staff to ensure high performance.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.
• Proven track record of maintaining high food quality and safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Valid food handling certificate (SNACK TPH).
