📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the outlet inventory, including stocking, ordering, and restocking.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.,Support the sales team in achieving daily sales targets.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the outlet.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in promotional activities and events to boost sales.,Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.,Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
