📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production process and ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor production targets and ensure that they are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the production area to ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Work closely with the Production Supervisor and other team members to improve production processes and increase efficiency.
  • Develop and implement training programs for production staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and report on production performance to management.
  • Ensure that all production equipment and materials are properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Investigate and resolve any production issues or problems that arise.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving production targets and improving production efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with production management software and tools.
