Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Oversee vehicle maintenance, including scheduling repairs, coordinating with mechanics, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks.,Coordinate with drivers, providing them with routes, schedules, and other necessary information.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with other departments, such as operations and procurement, to ensure the smooth running of the fleet.,Provide reports on fleet performance and maintenance to management.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies, ensuring the safety of all personnel and the integrity of the company's vehicles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
