HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Compliance Specialist

In this role, you'll handle day-to-day HR tasks, including onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and addressing employee concerns. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations, providing guidance and support to our team members. Additionally, you'll have the chance to work on exciting film projects, gaining valuable insights into the film industry and contributing to our company's success.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and appraisals
- Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the film production projects
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and compliance
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with the film industry is a plus
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
