📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production and service.,Oversee inventory management and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked and used efficiently.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff to improve skills and productivity.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of kitchen operations with overall restaurant operations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with inventory management and basic accounting principles.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
