📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Assist in the design and delivery of training programs, workshops, and seminars.,Conduct needs assessments to identify the learning and development needs of employees.,Create and maintain learning and development materials, such as training manuals, presentations, and videos.,Collaborate with the HR team and managers to ensure that learning and development initiatives are aligned with the company's goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
