📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement care plans for patients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment and supplies.,Participate in staff meetings and team discussions to ensure high standards of patient care.,Assist in the coordination of patient transfers and admissions/discharges.,Support the nursing team in maintaining a clean and safe patient environment.,Assist in the education and training of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing.,Basic knowledge of nursing principles and practices.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation.,Familiarity with medical terminology and equipment.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
