Sentral Fajar Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and safety of our food products. You will work closely with our culinary and quality assurance teams to maintain high standards in our food laboratory.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting food safety and quality tests including microbial, chemical, and physical analyses.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment and instruments.,Preparing and preserving samples for testing.,Recording and documenting test results accurately.,Assisting in the development and implementation of new testing protocols.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards.,Participating in training and development programs for new staff.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient laboratory operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food laboratory setting.,Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, local regulations).,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Attention to detail and accuracy in test results.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
