📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing a section of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees to ensure a skilled and diverse workforce.,Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Representing the company at internal and external events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the HR field.,Proven experience in managing teams and driving performance improvements.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
