📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the entire loan process, from initial application to final approval
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
- Work closely with clients to address any issues or concerns
- Use our in-house loan processing software to track and manage loan applications
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure all loans meet our criteria
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan processing or a related field
- Strong knowledge of loan processing software, such as Encompass or Ellie Mae
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
