PT Maha Putih is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join our team. This is an urgent opening, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from identifying supplier needs to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor and analyze procurement costs to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews to ensure continued quality and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
