📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that all staff members are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of ingredients.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
