📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store operations to ensure smooth daily activities.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance performance and productivity.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business goals.,Promote the store and its products to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.,Proven experience in managing store operations and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
