📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage data analysis projects to support marketing and business intelligence initiatives.,Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights.,Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data-driven marketing strategies.,Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to optimize marketing campaigns.,Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.,Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends.,Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all analysis processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on marketing or business intelligence.,Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.,Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of marketing analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
