📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Manage and maintain key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.,Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
