PT Epic Medical Solutions is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative visual design strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya, with a competitive salary ranging from IDR 12,000,000 to 20,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement creative visual design strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.,Create and maintain a consistent visual identity for our brand, including logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery.,Design and produce high-quality print and digital materials, such as brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website banners.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that all visual materials are on-brand and effectively communicate our message.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our creative process.,Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.,Ensure that all design work is completed on time and to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of skills and projects.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.,Creative and innovative thinker, with the ability to develop fresh and engaging design concepts.,Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve design challenges.
