📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT controls to ensure compliance with SOC 1 and SOC 2 standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in IT governance.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the effective execution of IT SOX processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the alignment of IT controls with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT governance and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to the IT department on all matters related to IT SOX.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of IT controls to external auditors.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT governance, compliance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing IT SOX processes and ensuring compliance with SOC 1 and SOC 2 standards.
  • Strong knowledge of IT controls, risk management, and internal controls.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CGEIT are a plus.
