📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of software functionality.,Perform manual and automated testing to identify and report software defects.,Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure they are accurately reflected in the software.,Conduct performance testing to evaluate the software's scalability and reliability.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.,Mentor and train junior QA engineers to enhance team capabilities.,Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proven experience in manual and automated testing using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.,Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.,Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
