As a Logistics Operator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our supply chain, and we are looking for someone with a proven track record in warehouse management and material handling.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control and stock movement.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to various departments and external clients.
• Perform regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies using inventory management software like SAP or WMS.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth material flow and meet operational targets.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and conduct regular safety audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and material handling.
• Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
• Familiarity with forklift operation and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 kg.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
