📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the procurement, storage, and distribution of bulk gases to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Oversee the logistics team, including drivers and warehouse staff, to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.
• Utilize SAP for logistics and procurement to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
• Implement and maintain a robust safety management system to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Monitor inventory levels and demand to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial gases sector.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS-CSCP) is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing logistics and procurement systems, particularly SAP.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the industrial gases industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
