📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor engineering and construction teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Leverage AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software to manage project designs and documentation.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management, outlining project status, challenges, and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with at least 10 years of experience in site management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects in remote and challenging environments.
• Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire teams.
• Certifications in safety management, such as OSHA or equivalent, are a plus.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Papua is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in remote and challenging conditions, including inclement weather and limited infrastructure.
• Experience with pier and bridge construction projects is a significant advantage.
