📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to maintain high standards
- Manage and maintain inventory of amenities and supplies
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
- Organize and oversee special events and activities for guests
- Monitor and report on mansion performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized mansion environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or related fields
- Proven experience in a luxury hospitality setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with hospitality management software such as PMS (Property Management System)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive in Bali
