📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and well-maintained
• Assist with event coordination and guest services as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Monitor and report any issues or concerns to the management team
• Uphold the mall's policies and procedures to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all visitors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in using basic office software such as Microsoft Office
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
