📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing employee records, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Processing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits
• Preparing and maintaining financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax and labor laws
• Providing administrative support to the HR and accounting departments
• Assisting in the organization and coordination of training and development programs for employees
• Maintaining and updating HR and accounting databases using relevant software

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and accounting roles
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
