As an IT Security Risk & Governance Specialist in Jakarta Selatan, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing risk management frameworks, and implementing security awareness programs. You will also monitor and report on security incidents, and work with our IT team to ensure the integrity and availability of our systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management frameworks to identify, analyze, and prioritize security risks.
• Implement and manage security awareness programs to educate employees on best practices and security policies.
• Monitor and report on security incidents, including breaches, vulnerabilities, and other security-related events.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance our overall security posture.
• Collaborate with our IT team to ensure the integrity and availability of our systems and data.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices in IT security and cybersecurity.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of security awareness and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security, risk management, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CGEIT are a plus.
• Strong understanding of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks and best practices.
• Proficiency in using GRC tools such as MetricStream, RSA Archer, or similar.
• Experience with cybersecurity best practices and tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
