• Provide strategic guidance and best practices for enterprise architecture governance and management.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to address enterprise architecture challenges.
• Mentor and coach team members on enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform enterprise architecture strategies.
• Report on progress and outcomes of enterprise architecture initiatives to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on digital transformation.
• Certifications such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or similar.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise architecture initiatives and driving digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture tools and software, such as ArchiMate, Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
