📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and handle inbound travel bookings and reservations for Chinese and Taiwanese guests.
• Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to our international guests.
• Assist in the organization and execution of group tours and travel packages.
• Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and customer information using our in-house travel management system (TMS).
• Stay updated on travel regulations, policies, and best practices for the China and Taiwan markets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our travel services to the Chinese and Taiwanese markets.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our inbound travel operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in inbound travel operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with international guests.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using travel management systems (TMS) and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of Bali's tourism industry and local attractions.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Valid work permit and visa for Bali, Indonesia.
